REFUND & EXCHANGES POLICY

Providing you with the highest quality products is of the upmost importance.

Every effort is made by Coastal Eden to ensure timely shipping or collection for your order.

As a customer is it important to remember that plants are living, perishable items, & will react to their immediate environmental conditions & level of care you provide them.

All information provided by Coastal Eden is purely general advice and for information only.  Coastal Eden is unable to take any responsibility for the condition of your plant or its health after it leaves  our hands.

 

LIVE PLANTS POLICY:

All plants are sourced from local Perth suppliers, in a mature & healthy state.  Coastal Eden can provide you with general assistance & care guides for the live plants supplied. 

It is your responsibility to care for your plants correctly following purchase.  Coastal Eden will not be held responsible or liable for any damage or death to your plants once they are in your care. 

Coastal Eden does not offer any exchange or refund on live plants (including but not limited to; Air Plants, Kokedama, Potted Plants or Water Plants) for any reason, including a change of mind.    

 

NON-PERISHABLE ITEMS POLICY

This includes any items that can be shipped within Australia, including plant care products, water propagation vessels & kokedama kits.

Coastal Eden takes all care possible to package & protect your items for shipping.  Unfortunately, due to the nature of postage & shipping, items can be damaged or broken during transit.

In the unlikely event your items arrive damaged or broken, you MUST follow these steps:

  1. Contact Coastal Eden via EMAIL within 3 days of receipt
  2. You MUST provide photographic evidence of (a) the damaged item(s) and (b) all packaging & the delivery box
  3. Provide your order number with the email.
Following notification, Coastal Eden will assess all damage & determine whether an exchange or refund is applicable, and communicate with you in writing via return email.
   

Please note:

  • Coastal Eden does not offer any exchange or refund for change of mind.  
  • Coastal Eden will not be held liable or responsible for any damage, incident or harm caused once the product(s) has been delivered to you.   
  • It is your responsibility to use all products as they have been intended.  Any failure to do so is the sole responsibility of the customer & Coastal Eden will not be held liable.
