Please provide as much information as possible to ensure accurate delivery. If for any reason I arrive at the specified delivery location and am unable to determine correct address, location or recipient, delivery will be forfeit. You will be contacted immediately to work out any issues, however your delivery will then be rescheduled and an additional fee incurred.
Perth Indoor Plant Delivery - FAQsDO YOU DELIVER?
You order is hand delivered by me to your door. It will arrive beautifully presented in a signature Coastal Eden gift box, along with a specific plant care card and handwritten note.
HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?
Delivery to suburbs surrounding Alkimos is FREE.
Delivery costs are then a flat rate from $10 to $20, depending on your suburb.
Please note that I personally hand deliver each and every order. I do not use 3rd party delivery drivers or couriers, so that I can ensure your beautiful new plants arrive in the same perfect condition they leave my studio.

CAN YOU DELIVER TO MY WORKPLACE?
As long as your workplace is in a stand alone building, and not in a hospital or nursing home, then sure. If your workplace is in a shopping centre, please contact me prior to delivery to discuss this.
CAN YOU DELIVER TO PEOPLE IN QUARANTINE OR ISOLATION DUE TO COVID?
If you or your intended recipient are in quarantine or mandatory isolation due to COVID-19, please DECLARE this VERY CLEARLY on your order notes. Or even better, be thoughtful and request delivery once the quarantine period is over. This is just moral decency and in the interests of health and safety.
CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?
Absolutely! Pick up is FREE and available from the CE Studio in Alkimos. Once your order is received, I will start work putting it together, and it will be ready within 24 hours.
Current pick up times are Monday to Friday between 10am and 2pm.
CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC DATE FOR DELIVERY OR PICK UP?
Of course! I always do my best to accommodate specific dates for you.
DO I NEED TO BE HOME TO RECEIVE DELIVERY?
Ideally, you or the recipient will be home to receive the order, however it is not essential. Deliveries are all sent with an authority to leave, so if no one is available, your order will be left in the safest possible place. All unattended deliveries will have a quick photograph taken to confirm delivery has been made.
Please note that deliveries are only able to be made to residential addresses only (no hospitals, nursing homes or PO Boxes).
CAN YOU POST MY ORDER?
With the exception of anything containing a live plant, I am happy to post your order, Australia wide. Although you wont be able to process this option on the website checkout, please email me and I will arrange this for you.
DO YOU DELIVER ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS OR WEEKENDS?
No, unfortunately not.
